The Plot to Take Down IARC and Continue Poisoning Us Must Be Stopped

Screen_Shot_2018-01-26_at_12.53.08_PM.png Did you know that ... despite the fact that 1 out of 2 males and 1 out of 3 females in America are expected to get cancer, a group of U.S. Congressmembers serving on the House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, have threatened to defund and dismantle the World Health Organization's Independent Science Body, the International Agency for Research of Cancer (IARC)?

U.S. defunding might have the impact of dismantling this entire body which serves the whole world on cancer issues, as part of the World Health Organization.

PREPOSTEROUS! Outrageous!

Why would they do this?

Chemical company Monsanto, the primary beneficiary of the sales of glyphosate herbicides, a big donor of many Congressmen/Congresswomen on the Hill, would LOVE to see the IARC dismantled. If so, the IARC's classification of glyphosate as a probable carcinogen would no longer stand...and the CA EPA might legally be required to remove it from the California Prop 65 list. THEN, Monsanto could merrily go on selling glyphosate herbicides in not only the state of California but states across the country and countries around the world without the concern of a carcinogen stigma.

The Congress members that are pandering to the chemical corporations and are trying to defund IARC are a disgrace to democracy. They need to hear from their constituents that you will NOT support an elected official who receives donations from chemical companies or continues their attack on IARC.

It is in times like this that we must take action, we must speak up for our health and freedom.

Please call, write and meet with your Congress members, especially the ones below, on the committee working to defund IARC, and stop the corruption and contamination of our country.

I was diagnosed with NHL in 2004 after using Round Up for a period of 10 years beginning in 1985 and continued to use it as the preferred weed killer in large apartment buildings in So. Cal. Had Round Up had a warning label that it was a known carcinogen, and linked to causing NHL, I would have never used it period. My brother passed away at the age of 36 from Lymphoma so any warning label with a mention of the possibly it could cause cancer it would have been an automatic decision to not use Monsanto/s product The choice was never presented to me as Monsanto has continued to cover up the real science that it is very much linked to cancer and a host of other diseases. Not only that but Monsanto has colluded with the EPA to cover up the fact that it does and they covered it up to the point that Monsanto paid scientists to sign off on what they, Monsanto, concluded and wrote and this scientists simply signed their name to it and paid by Monsanto to do so. Hopefully the Class Action that I am involved in that is currently waiting on a decision from a judge in Northern California where some 300 plus cases have been assigned. He is deciding if both sides have legitimate scientific arguments and evidence to argue the case in front of a Jury. After two weeks of intense testimony that concluded on April 6th, and is now just waiting for his decision. Having followed the two weeks of expert testimony I feel the judge will allow us to argue this case in front of a jury. Then the entire Country will finally know the truth about Monsanto’s cover up with their use of Glysophate and what our Elected Officials from the EPA to the Supreme have ignored and used Monsanto’s own corrupt science to approve its use over may years and it continues today. It must be stopped and hopefully this case will be the one that will expose the corruption and it’s use will certainly be banned as it has in most Country around the world.

This is terrible! We have a fundamental right to NOT be poisoned, and to protect our children. This must stop now!! Glyphosate is a toxic substance and needs to removed from the market, not given the ability to poison our country!
